Radhika is a counsellor based in Singapore with a Master in Counselling Psychology. In addition to her formal education, Radhika is a trained Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) therapist. With a keen interest in people wellness and psychology, she has studied the subject formally since her school days and has over 9 years of experience working in this field. Having broad experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups; she focuses on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, work related issues, marital conflicts, divorce and separation, parenting, women’s issues, life transitions and relationships.

She helps people make peace with their thoughts and emotions through counselling. Radhika believes that when a person is suffering, it is sometimes necessary to slow down and stop pushing – she offers a safe and confidential space for clients to find their inner wisdom in the search for wellness. Radhika uses an integrative approach, using tools from REBT, CBT, person centered, existential, solution focused therapies and mindfulness, in a multisystemic approach tailored to clients’ needs.

In the past, she has worked as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counsellor and corporate trainer with multi-national companies like Credit Suisse, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft where she offered her skills at womens’ private psychotherapy clinics, universities, as well as adolescent programs.

Herself an expatriate who has lived and worked in Singapore, New York, and India, Radhika has gained a multicultural perspective and understanding of the unique challenges of expatriate life.
